Billing Now Renews Automatically
Your clinic's subscription now renews on its own each month — no more manual payments to keep your account active.

Connect Your Bank Account & Patient Pay via Link
Clinics can now connect their bank account directly within Exelth to receive payments. Patients can also pay their bill from a shared link — no visit needed.

New Payments Settings Page
A dedicated Payments settings page is now available where you can configure how your clinic accepts and manages payments.
- New Settings → Payments section with six configuration areas: bank details, UPI, accepted payment methods, payment gateway, payout schedule, and tax settings
- All settings are saved and applied immediately across your clinic
- Conditional fields appear based on what payment methods or gateway you choose — no clutter

Integrations Page & WhatsApp Connection
A new Integrations page is available where you can connect third-party tools to your clinic. WhatsApp is the first integration — send automated messages to patients directly.
- New Integrations page — browse available connections, see what's installed, and manage each one from a dedicated settings view
- WhatsApp integration is now available — connect your clinic's WhatsApp number to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates to patients automatically
- Manage your message templates, opt-out preferences, and daily send limits from the WhatsApp settings page

New Workflow Module
A brand new Workflow section is now available — giving your clinic a live view of patient flow, task management, and automated appointment reminders.

- Automated appointment reminders — set up rules to automatically remind patients before their appointment via SMS or WhatsApp

Inbox Improvements & Smarter Exelth AI
Fixed unread message counts in the inbox, added the ability for staff to compose messages, and made Exelth AI more accurate with patient data.
- Fixed an issue where unread message counts in the inbox were not clearing after reading a message
- Staff members can now compose and send messages from the inbox, with recipient search and draft support
- Exelth AI now has access to more patient context — lab results, appointment history, and recent visits — giving you more accurate and relevant responses

Labs & Payments Analytics, Notification Fix
Two new analytics tabs have been added for Labs and Payments. Existing revenue and appointment numbers have been corrected, and the notification badge now clears properly.
- New Labs analytics tab — view lab order volume, how long tests are taking, and which tests are ordered most
- New Payments analytics tab — see revenue trends, how patients are paying, and how much is still outstanding
- Fixed incorrect numbers shown on existing analytics tabs — revenue totals and appointment counts now reflect the correct date range
- Fixed the notification badge that was staying unread even after viewing the alerts
Download Bills & Invoices as PDF
You can now generate and download a PDF copy of any bill or invoice directly from the payment details. Invoice and receipt buttons have also been added to the billing history.
- Open any bill and click Download PDF to get a formatted invoice or receipt instantly

Smarter Payment Filters & Clickable Summaries
Click on any payment summary card to instantly filter the payments list. New filters for status, date range, and payment method have also been added.
- Click any summary card — such as Pending, Paid, or Overdue — to instantly filter the payments list to that group
- New status filter to quickly find bills by their current state
- New date range filter to view payments within any time period
- New payment method filter to see only cash, UPI, card, or insurance payments
- All filters can be combined together at the same time
Labs Module — Full Release
The Labs module is fully live — manage your test catalog, book lab orders with a slot picker, collect payments at booking, and automatically notify patients with preparation instructions.
- Lab catalog now supports sample type, fasting requirements, home collection availability, and turnaround time for each test
- Test categories are now selected from a dropdown instead of typed manually — keeping your catalog consistent
- Book a lab order with a slot picker to choose the collection time before confirming
- Quick actions directly on the orders list — mark a sample as collected or cancel an order without opening a separate page
- Click any summary card to filter the orders list; date range filter also available
- Patients automatically receive preparation instructions via SMS when a lab order is placed

Send Payment Links to Patients via SMS
When you create a bill, Exelth can now send a payment link directly to the patient's phone. They can pay from anywhere, without visiting the clinic.
- A payment link is sent to the patient's phone number when a bill is created
- Patients can open the link and pay from their phone — no app or login required
- Payment status updates automatically once the patient completes the payment
Payments Module — Now Live
The Payments module is now available — create bills, record payments, and manage the full billing history for every patient.
- Create a bill for any patient using a simple 3-step flow: select the patient, add charges, and record the payment
- Payment detail panel — open any bill to edit it, mark it as paid, add notes, and see the full payment history
- All changes update immediately across the payments list — no page refresh needed
- Full billing history is available per patient and per bill
Prescriptions Sent to Patients via SMS
When a doctor generates a prescription, a link is automatically sent to the patient's phone so they can view it anytime.
- When a doctor clicks Generate, the prescription is automatically sent to the patient's phone via SMS
- Patients can open the link on any phone or computer — no app download needed
- The prescription link remains accessible for future reference
