Labs & Payments Analytics, Notification Fix

Two new analytics tabs have been added for Labs and Payments. Existing revenue and appointment numbers have been corrected, and the notification badge now clears properly.

You can now generate and download a PDF copy of any bill or invoice directly from the payment details. Invoice and receipt buttons have also been added to the billing history.
